The Via Giulia Apartments Rome is located on Via Giulia, just north of the historic Jewish
Quarter of imperial Rome, occupies two floors and overlooks the River

Location
Via Giulia is moments from the maze of narrow streets that constitute
the most characteristic section of town, with dozens of hidden treasures
in the form of trattorie (restaurants) and bars, not to mention the odd
medieval church. But the real beauty about this apartment is that fact
that it lives and breathes the history that it is a part of.
Built in the early part of the 16th century, this quaint stone building
was formerly the Church of St Eligius – the Patron Saint of Goldsmiths
and Ironworkers (otherwise known as Sant’Eligio dei Ferrari in Italian),
and was constructed by the local guild of tradesmen who had their University
on the same site.
Facilities
The apartment, which is a maisonette, has the master bedrooms upstairs
connected by a gorgeous wrought iron spiral staircase to the living room
and full kitchen facilities all downstairs. For those extra home comforts,
the kitchenette includes a filter coffer maker, a microwave, kettle and
toaster. In the living room is a double sofa-bed, so four adults or a
typical family can fit in snugly or a couple can have a spacious suite
for that ultimate romantic trip.
With terracotta flooring, vaulted ceilings, bright colours and cane furniture,
this fully renovated apartment still conserves its Roman authenticity,
yet also benefits from mod cons such as a power shower and full air conditioning. Please note there is a EUR 50 cleaning charge.
